I have NEVER received any information regarding the 2 year extended warranty that I purchased for my Kindle. Emails were received advising that it had been "shipped", however nothing was received. No response was reaceived after sending an email advising. As such I have no information as to how to proceed or who to contact should there be any warranty issues.

I am unable to review the products ordered as they are a Christmas gift, ask me again after Christmas and I will be happy to do so.

I appreciate the fact that they offer a no questions asked replacement. That is reassuring with 2 small children.

I thought about the extended warranty before I purchased it. I don't usually purchase warranties, but since I love my Kindle and don't want to be without it, I think the warranty is a good deal, because accidents happen. $65 is a lot easier on the pocketbook. From the other reviews I read there seems to be no hassel sending it back and getting a replacement.
