Oscar G is one-half of the legendary production team known as Murk, and is currently a resident at Club Space in Miami - indisputably the #1 nightclub in North America. This CD features a live rendition of Oscar's DJ set, including all the attendant sound effects (crowd noise, special effects) that make clubbing so exciting. Features several exclusive tracks destined to be massive in 2008, and other memorably dark and dirty, neo-tribal songs. The bonus DVD explores the history of Club Space, its success, the DJs, promoters, managers, and club goers themselves.

Customer Reviews:

great music & mixes, lessened with "live" format
Customer Rating: 4 out of 5
It's not too often I come across a mixed CD/download where a significant majority of the music gets an "A". This CD has mostly great, serious music, with maybe a couple of just-okay tunes. My complaint is that it's "live" so you're forced to hear shouting, whistling and even conversations throughout. I have other "live" CDs where the background noise is muted, and it recedes into the background after a few listens. Not the case with this album; the "live" aspect is very pronounced, to its detriment. It makes me wonder: were they too lazy to filter out the noise, or does some producer out there actually think it adds to the overall music experience to include all the noise?

Gotta love it

What else is there to say about this mix? i dont where to begin. This mix is just simply bangin'. I used to listen to alot tribal house and tech house but this mix got me back into it. He is the modern day Danny T.!!!

JUST SUBLIMINAL!!!

THIS CD REVIVES HOUSE MUSIC AND PUTS IT IN A TOTALLY NEW LEVEL!!!! FROM START TO FINISH THIS CD WILL EMBRACE YOU AND WONT LET YOU GO. THE RHYTHM AND THE VIBE WILL CONTROL YOUR STATE OF MIND AND TWISTED POSITIVELY. I THINK IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE FOR OTHER HOUSE DJS TO BEAT THIS DIAMOND!!!!

Great CD

This CD is ridiculous. It is by far Oscar's best. From start to finish the tracks are awesome. If you've never been to Space, Oscar gives you the next best thing. Oscar is one of the best, and this CD is a must have. If you love house music, this CD is for you.

Pefect buildup cd, captures the Space sound perfect!
Customer Rating: 5 out of 5
Being a Miami regular visitor (once a year), this cd truly captures what Space Miami is all about. It starts out nice and slow and perfectly builds up towards the end. The DVD is amazing as well, we put it on when we have people over and they are just amazed at how the crowd and music are captured. Highly recommended.
