I felt that this film lived up to the Starrbooty Trilogy found on Funtone.com. It had everything our society needs to realize at this time- gay culture is in trouble of Exit!!!! That's what this movie is to me...
I loved the S&M scene. I loved the roundness of the inner meanings! Very fleshing! I'm loved the hooker look at the dinner table! So blonde, red lipstick and lot's of fuscia! I reccomend this film to ALL queens!

Dreadful is the only word to describe this botched movie. I forced myself to sit through it to see if, perchance, it might have gotten better, but it was a steady spiral from bottom to below bottom. Shame because I think Ru Paul might actually have some talent...well...then again.....

I bought this DVD because I like Ru Pauls music and video's.
The movie was shot in a poor quality and the story isn't great .
But who cares Ru Paul looks phantastic .
You go girl !!!

We haven't heard much from RuPaul recently but he is back and wilder than ever. This time we have the supermodel of the world as a heroine that is a combination of Cleopatra Jones and Foxy Brown--a police "woman" who instead of just fighting crime must come to terms with horny tricks, performing oral sex on Lady Bunny and various other hilarious situations as Starrbooty goes undercover in the Meat Packing District of New York City. "SB" is searching for the person(s) who kidnapped her niece. The movie pays homage to "Foxy Brown" and "Naked Gun" but filled with gratuitous sex, drag queens and violence.
RuPaul says that the new "Starrbooty" has "everything I love about movies. It has bitches who are kicking ass in hot, gorgeous outfits and tons of hair and make-up and guys with big [...] who are willing to show them".
The movie is excessively funny with its super twisted subject matter. "It is funny, so rotten and so crazy!" says the former supermodel of the world.
One of the most talked about scenes happens when Starrbooty is forced to "go all the way" with johns to gain credibility on the streets of the Big Apple.
The movie is a virtual who's who list of cameo performances by some of New York's most famous drag queens and porn stars.
We won't be seeing the movie anytime soon as it is just going into theatrical release but we should keep our eyes peeled for when it comes out n DVD. Everything I have read about it says it is a "hoot".

I just happened to come across this movie, while searching through amazon. Never heard a word about it, so I took a chance. Much to my surprise this movie is a sure win for becoming a cult classic. I have told a few friends to purchase one. Not a day goes by that we dont get a laugh behind this. Rupaul has out done herself this time around. You cant help but laugh at all the references to other movies. The acting is horribly bad, but that is what it makes it ooh so good. If you are the non stiff type, this movie is for you. "Just put Cornisha on the phone" You'll get that joke , once you purchase this movie
