This album highlights dance remixes of Jason & deMarco’s first single “Trying to Get to You” from the new album “Till the End of Time” with remixes by DJ Tracy Young, L.E.X., JOJOHO, and a bonus track of "This is Love" by Alan Lett. World-renowned DJ Tracy Young, who recently remixed “Hung Up” for Madonna brings her energetic and wildly creative style to Jason & deMarco. Young has worked her magic on a repertoire of remixes infusing her signature style into the Latin rhythms of Enrique Iglesias, Gloria Estefan and Shakira, the eclectic sounds of the Pet Shop Boys and Simply Red, and has put a fierce dance spin on icons such as Christina Aguilera, Stevie Nicks and Cyndi Lauper. Miami-legend L.E.X. known for his throbbing underground deep House and tribal elements also brings his signature sound to this album. Along with producing partner Luigie Gonzalez, they’ve reworked hits for Cyndi Lauper, Madonna, Anastasia, Ricky Martin and others. Grammy and Dove Award winning producer, Joe Hogue (LeAnn Rimes, Michael W. Smith, Carmen), puts his signature touch remixing the Buddha Mix.

| A Ten-Track Disappontment |

It is impossible to be objective about this CD. I am personally such a fan of Jason and deMarco that I feel I am betraying them when I say that
I was almost relieved when I finally got to the end of this ten-track disappointment. There is so little difference between some of the cuts that one is almost unaware that it's another track; even the beat, the tonal inflections and artistic integrity are the same. The best part of this 1-star offering is the fact that I also own the CD from which this song was taken, "Till the End of Time", a 5-star gem that deserves a 6-star rating.

All of the remixes from Trying to Get to You are wonderful. Tracy Young, (trax 1-4) who has mixed Madonna (most recently-"Hangin'Up") and Cindi Lauper among MANY others has put her sick spin on these great vocals...All of the mixes are great!
I have to admit tho, I LOVE the Album version of "Trying to Get to You!" it is blazing! The killer guitar riffs and "industrial" feel is amazing!!!...and I am in love with the mix of "this is Love"...i have heard the record version of "This is Love" and, while a great song, it is not as great as the remix on this single; and this mix is definately radio friendly!!! Honestly, the Bonus track on "This is Love' is the best track! The harmonies, along with the crackin' and poppin' is terrific!
I have this CD in my car and it hasnt been out of the player in weeks...over and over and over!!! THIS IS LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

All of the remixes of Trying...are amazing...Tracy Young, who most recently remixed Madonna's "Hung Up" has the first 4 trax...and it is easy to get caught up in these mixes...the budda mix howver is my favorite.
This single has a taste of Jason and Demarco's new CD "Til the End of Time' which is truely promising. The record version of "Trying.." is my favorite; the guitar riffs, both electric and accoustic are amazing and the song takes an almost industrial feel.
My favorite track, however, is the CPU overload of "This is Love."
A great song...I have heard the album version, but this version is totally radio friendly and arguably the track to beat on this CD. The incredible harmonies, coupled with the cracks and pops, makes this seeming mistake a pure joy!
Ive had this CD for two weeks, got it about a week after i got the new Dixie Chicks..and J n D havent left my car player since!!!! THIS is LOVE! LOVE LOVE IT!!!!
