| The video quality isn't THAT bad... |

Given the earlier reviews really being harsh about the video quality I didn't have high expectations. I believe someone above stated it looked like it was shot on a mobile phone. That's not true. It's certainly not HD, and this doesn't hold a candle to the slick quality of "Hurrah" but I've definitely seen much worse from a live DVD. Keep in mind their debut album had not been out a year when this was produced and stands to reason they probably had a very limited budget for this shoot.
Shot in Brighton before they started playing large arenas in Europe, this video gives folks who may not live near a city where they tour to experience the smaller-venue feel typical of their shows in America. The audio is good, and the easter egg is fun to find and watch. Also good to see all the early videos that never get airplay in the US. In the grand scheme of things this is not a big dollar purchase. A must have for hardcore fans and highly recommended for the less fanatical to get a whiff of the good old days when they were the hot new thing. Get it, Get it!!

What can I say, but fun, fun, fun! This band puts on an awesome show - full of energy and laughs. Their music is flashy and exciting. I'm a huge fan! I must say this DVD is for adult audiences only, in my humble opinion.

For those who couldnt figure it out to see the hidden egg, go to songs, then go to songs 8-15, wait till jake strips then blows up, hit the arrow on the lower left of screen ( return to menu ) and right after he blows up hit the up arrow on your remote and on the songs 8-15 will appear a scissor, then quickly hit enter and enjoy !!!! If you like scissors sister you must buy this DVD without a doubt !!!

OMG, this dvd is a MUST HAVE for any Scissor Sister fan! I ordered it in anticipation of their second album coming out and BOY! am I glad I did!!!
It has so much content to die for. It has all of the Scissor Sister music videos from their first album and a full length concert they performed in the United Kingdom.
I was a lover of their music before I bought this but I didn't really understand *what* the Scissor Sisters were all about until I saw this. Another review mentioned The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and I have to agree. All the fans come dress up in crazy and outlandish costumes and know every single word to every single song. Being from America (a.k.a. the dark abyss), I had never seen Jake Shears and I didn't even understand who Ana Matronic was. You only have to see their concert to experience the full outrageousness and fabulousness that IS a Scissor Sisters concert...
Jake bounces around on the stage - he has so much energy! He tears his trousers half way through the show by dancing so much but continues to play on. Ana Matronic is the diva of the stage and she has a commanding presence. I instantly fell in love with her and she's my new fashion icon. The set is amazing and the whole band emits this creative, fantastic energy that makes you jump on your feet and start dancing!
If you can still get tickets to their tour, then you must buy them A.S.A.P.! But if you missed your chance to see them in concert, then you must must must get this DVD!
