I ordered a one year subscription to Time through Amazon in May 2009. As of November 2009 I still have not received one issue. I contacted the seller's customer service and confirmed my order details, address, etc. They responded in September and said my order was somehow "not on file," but it had since been "resubmitted." It's now two and a half months later, and I still have received nothing. My credit card was charged for the subscription six months ago. It seemed like a good deal to order the magazine through Amazon at the time, and it would have been... if they had actually delivered it! I have learned my lesson.

Comes weekly as advertised. Some cool and interesting articles about the world we live in today. The pages are very advertisement heavy.

It's what you would expect...Time, like all other publications has cut back...you can see it in the quality of the reporting.

Time itself is a good magazine, but what really stands out here is Synapse Services. After subscribing through Amazon I discovered that we had already bought a subscription from somewhere else.
I shot these guys an e-mail with order number and subscription address, asking to cancel it, and braced myself for a rather long conversation over the phone with usual questions why we are canceling, why we don't want to accept a discount to continue our subscription etc.
Next morning I was pleasantly surprised to find in my inbox a confirmation, that the order has been canceled.
Solid A+ for service.
