Short and to the point. It's a good collection with some great extended tracks. Sadly The Shannon track is repeated in error on disc 2. "Give me tonight" is not in this collection. They would also be aided greatly by investing in spell check. When all is said and done, way cheaper than buying all these tracks as singles (if you can find them).

If I pay $40.00 or more for a 2-disc set, I expect it to contain more than ONE song that I enjoy. I don't think that's asking too much. Such was not the case of this utter mess, completely souless, piece of do-do. I bought this CD because of the RAVE reviews given it. You would think that I would know better. Apparently it has been me who has suffered major head trauma. Well, that mistake won't happen again.
Thunderpuss does a lot of mixing on this one. That fact alone should have steered me WAY CLEAR of it, but I took a chance. If there is an award for reptitious music, he should win hands down as his mixes usually remind me of a vinyl record that is "stuck". Many of the songs' lengths impressed me. Anytime you can get a mix over 10 minutes in this day is a rarity in itself. However, I expect a 10-minute mix to do something-- anything except BORE me. Unfortunately, these songs might have a catchy beat for a little while, but the beat never goes anywhere, and after about 5 minutes becomes so bothersome to the ears you just want to scream STOP! And just about every cut on both of these CDs sound exactly alike. There is no uniqueness here--just mind-numbing hooks that never manage to rise above their cloned sameness.
This purchase was a complete waste of time. If I could give it zero stars, I would--in a heartbeat. Amazon can censor me all it wants, but crap is still crap.

Excellent remixesm but there's one song they left out.
CD2, track #4, Shannon - Give Me Tonight (Victor Calderone Remix), instead it's Shannon's - Let The Music Play (Full Intention Club Mix)."This is the reason, why I got this CD, & to find out this song is not included...aahh!!
This Compilationm still deserves 5 STARS, for the other trax.

i bought this cd on a whim because i love dance music and the various remixers on the album (hex hector, thunderpuss, etc..) and let me tell you- i was not disappointed. This two cd set is great! Each song on the cd is the full club version( songs ranging from 5 and a half minutes to Amber's "Above the Clouds" which comes in close to 13 minutes. If you love that saturday night feeling of moovin' and groovin'- pick this up. It'a a must have for fans of "Queer As Folk.' You'll feel as though your in Babylon. Enjoy the Grooves.
