  • Angelina Santiago didn't think her life could get any stranger. Her best friend is a shapeshifter. Her other best friend is in love with one. And people are actively trying to kill her. But she never thought helpful hillbillies would kidnap her, drag her cross country, and dump her at the home of their eldest brother and gorgeous shapeshifter, Nikolai Vorislav, for safe keeping. Nik the Hillbilly Tiger never wanted a woman in his life for more than a night, but he never met anyone like the psychotic hellcat his brothers drop on his doorstep. Now he has every intention of showing his little house pet exactly how strange and sexy life can get.

    MY FAVORITE
Customer Rating: 5 out of 5
This book is my favorite in the series. I love this series and will definitely recommend. He has everything someone would want in the shapeshifter/erotic genre. Angie and Nik were absolutely adorable and I couldn't get enough of them. I will read it again, definitely. I am just sad that there is not a book 4. Why didn't you keep going Shelly???? The Magnus Pack series is a true winner!!

    Fun read.
Customer Rating: 5 out of 5
All of the books I have read in this series are seriously funny light-hearted reads. The heroine is a seriously strong willed self-motivated entrepreneurial type. She is also used to dealing with werewolves. The hero is an alpha were-tiger. They are both used to getting their own way! And they are both used to being the dominate partner is relationships! Needless to say the rock each others worlds. FUN

Great Conclusion to the Magnus Pack Trilogy
Customer Rating: 4 out of 5
In the third entry of the Magnus Pack trilogy, Angelina - the fashionista who loves watching men fight over her - has been kidnapped by Siberian tiger shifters after being attacked by hyena shifters and dragged across several state lines, away from her friends (who are her family) AND her wardrobe. And she's not at all sure which of those piss her off more. The bumbling brothers who took her dump her off in the bed of their older brother who is not only the brains of the family outfit, but also the gorgeous hillbilly that sets Angelina's pulse to racing, Nikolai Vorislav.

I've really enjoyed the Magnus Pack series and "Here Kitty, Kitty" doesn't disappoint. Laurenston's got a gift for writing uber-alpha males who are more than matched by uber-kick-ass females, and I have to admit, Angelina and Nik are my favorite pairing in the series. Angelina's not at all a nice girl, but then again, the philandering Nik isn't all that nice, either - together, though, they're fantastic. The fresh look into the cat shifter lifestyle is interesting and very different from the wolf pack we'd been introduced to in "Pack Challenge" and "Go Fetch!" on just about every front...as different, in fact, as cats and dogs. Go figure.

Laurenston's writing is full of fun and sex and strong characters that make me laugh...and pant...in equal measures. There's not a huge underlying plot, really, and what IS there is a bit on the anemic side. The books are more light reads than in depth urban fantasy, but go in knowing that and enjoy the ride!
