Format: Newspaper Subscription

The New York Times is dedicated to providing news coverage of exceptional depth and breadth, as well as opinion that is thoughtful and stimulating. Widely quoted, and often hotly debated, The New York Times is held by its readers to the highest of standards and continues to be regarded by many as the nation's pre-eminent newspaper. The New York Times has earned an unprecedented 94 Pulitzer Prizes, far more than any other newspaper. A global news staff covers a wide range of interests: from world, national and New York issues to business, culture, science, religion, travel, style, food, sports, health and home. In addition to outside contributors, the editorials page features The New York Times' own team of award-winning columnists: David Brooks, Maureen Dowd, Thomas L. Friedman, Bob Herbert, Nicholas D. Kristof, Paul Krugman, Frank Rich and John Tierney.

The Kindle Edition of The New York Times contains articles found in the print edition, but will not include some images and tables. Also, some features such as the crossword puzzle, box scores and classifieds are not currently available. For your convenience, issues are automatically delivered wirelessly to your Kindle so you can read them each morning.

YES, he said, yes

What a great deal for an essential daily! I was paying close to $30 per month for the Sunday Times home delivered in CA. I am more than satisfied to date with content, readability, and delivery. And cost. I will continue my LATimes print subscription because another $359 for a second Kindle for my wife would be a bit mad.

Just bought a Kindle and tried the Times. It costs a fraction of what I have been paying for home delivery. I love the format and find the Kindle very easy to read papers with. No more late deliveries or wet papers. You can enjoy the paper and help the environment at the same time. It is such a delight not having to call customer service at the NYT to complain about yet another missed paper. 60 seconds and my news is delivered. LLW of MI.

Difficult Format for newspaper subscriptions.

Maybe I am too new with the Kindle program but manipulating the paperless newspaper format in general is frustrating and annoying.

price is crazy

as with all subscriptions the price is way too high. especially if you already have a subscription . . . in which case it should be about 5 dollar . . . a price poiny anyone would buy. buy yhe current price just shows that the TImes folks still dont get it. sadly . . . for them.
