Three pairs of heads come with this personal massager for a choice of soft, medium, or hard percussion massage. The heads are 1-3/4-inch-diameter domes that twist on and off the heavy (about 3 pounds) power unit and pulse at 3,100 times per minute to send penetrating massage action deep into muscles. A variable-speed control offers options ranging from gentle to vigorous. To fit various body areas, the spacing between the heads can be adjusted through a range of 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches at the push of a button. The massager has a soft, ergonomic handle for a secure, comfortable grip and measures 13 inches long. That length ensures all body areas can be reached, and the 12-foot power cord permits the massager to be used a long way from a wall socket. This is a great unit. Its similar to the $400 G5 Pro Power, but it has only two heads instead of 4 (a good thing in my opinion), and it doesn't have the same variety of attachments. It feels just as solid, though, and has both variable speed, and adjustable-width massage heads. I prefer it to the more expensive unit overall. They seem to be out of production now, but if you can find one, get it.

I love to have a massager at home to relieve any pain (or cramp) at any given moment. That's why I bought the HoMedics PA-100. I love it, and as a matter of fact, I bought a second one for my daughter. My only problem is that it's a little too big and heavy for me to use it on myself. My arms really get tired if I use it for too long on my back. My daughter instead, has her husband to help her with, and she tells me she feels in heavens every time she uses it. So, go for it! It beats the price you pay for just one professional massage at the Spa.

This is one of the best for the bucks. Easy to use, adjustable, gives immediate relief for sore muscles due to postural or other stresses. Get one for yourself or as a much appreciated gift!
