Paperback Publisher: Booklocker.com, Inc. Johnny K Heading Home is an exciting, sometimes humorous, and always fast moving story of a kid growing up in a "loving," albeit dysfunctional, family. A friend said I should have called it: Leave it to Beaver; Meet Bart Simpson.

With its episodic structure, "Johnny K Heading Home" lets you enjoy casually written humor reminiscent of Bill Bryson's best efforts without having to remember where you left off -- if you can even put the book down once you join the adventures, that is. "Johnny K..." reads as easily as listening to a favorite uncle, though it includes some hilarious raunchiness that few uncles would dare to share.

I'll start by saying, I'm only 3/4 of the way through this book. Nearly every story makes you say the same thing... "He's still alive???" This is a great book and an easy read. Written just like you were sitting in front of the author as he was telling his stories/memories from his childhood. Though you were a mischievous child? Get this book and find out how lucky your parents were to have you instead of this terror child!
