The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part of the gym is how clean it is and organized. It's in a primo spot, close to shopping and transportation. Classes are great! Only downfall is the class room setting, such as SPIN is in a small confinement space, thus you feel like your in someones basement.

Actually a very nice gym with. Quite clean and mostly nice members. The staff is fairly helpful, though I have to say that the trainers aren't in very good shape or interested in helping anyone that isn't a client! I don't go to classes very often, but they don't ever seem to be too crowded. Since the first of the year, the crowd has been a bit heavier...I had to wait for a treadmill for the first time ever two weeks ago. Still, the weight area is fine even at its busiest. Clean locker rooms. Mostly gay men so it can be a little cruisy but if you're not interested nobody's going to bother you. Overall, I'd recommend it.
