A GREAT, FRIENDLY suburban gay bar! The staff is beyond friendly, the music is great and current and the new renovations REALLY perked up the place!

On occasion there are some really good nights. Usually it is a very lame crowd. Pretty much if you are not one of the group then forget about trying to meet guys.
The main level of the bar is really nice since it has been redone and updated. The upstairs is a different story. Very outdated and in DESPERATE need of ventilation. Also the Dj is not the greatest. Want to request a song to be played, forget it. Also one thing is the drinks are usually alittle cheaper upstairs than on the main floor. Other than that pretty much all the staff is very friendly. So for the south burbs it is really the only place to go if you don't want to drive into the city.

The place is nice in side and the up stairs is cool but that is it . the DJ's that they have suck . the bartenders are not freindly and most of the people that go there are not freindly.
I live in Joliet about 10 min away and i will not even go there i go to boystown and the out to hammand IN to Dicks R U Crazee

This is a small (does size REALLY matter?) but sincere place that serves an area (Joliet) which is otherwise devoid of "alternative nightspots".
A couple of blocks from the casino, there is only on-street parking available. Fred, the owner has always been quite hospitable. The bad news is that the upstairs dancefloor really needs better ventilation and the bathrooms could use a little work as well. Other than that, not a bad little neighborhood joint.

Surprised to see good reviews. Couple of the staff are nice and some cool people, but the bar needs serious work, is rarely clean and the cover is high.
Need us a little better attention out here. Hope someone posts to let us know if there are changes soon.

A great alternative for those of us in the 'burbs. The owners really try to keep up with the "city" bars... offering fun theme nights and excellent DJs.
