PULSE is a weekly social event for HIV positive people to have the chance to meet and interact with others.
Hosted by Test Postive Aware Network (TPAN) a wonderful agency in our community that empowers people living with HIV through peer-led programming, support services, information dissemination, and advocacy. They also provide services to the broader community to increase HIV knowledge and sensitivity, and to reduce the risk of infection.
